mediocre experience near the airport

the location near the airport was convenient, providing easy access to my early morning flight.
my room was excessively cold, and i struggled to adjust the temperature settings. furthermore, the bidet sprayer in the bathroom leaked, causing water to spread onto my clothing. THESE issues detracted from my overall comfort .

the location is great because it is really close to the airport.
The room smelled strongly of stale cigarettes even though i requested a non-smoking room. It was quite off-putting. also, housekeeping seemed to have missed a spot. I found a rogue sock from a previous guest under the bed. not exactly the super clean experience i was hoping for!

The hotel offers direct access to the airport via a pedestrian bridge, it was really fast. the room had a well-stocked minibar with a variety of drinks and snacks. i used the fitness center. I found three treadmills and two stationary bikes available. the restaurant provided diverse options for breakfast and dinner.
The bathroom amenities were basic and could use improvement. I noticed the shampoo and soap were in small, non-branded containers, there was no body lotion.

My room included two separate sinks and a rainfall shower. It made getting ready easier. the king-size bed was very comfortable. It assured a good night's sleep before my flight.

The staff promptly addressed my request for extra towels. It really showed their dedication. check-in was efficient. I received my room key and directions in just a few minutes.

the front staff 'a' were great too. the hotel location is super convenient for early flights, i don't need to rush. the king bed was super comfy and massive, i slept so good. the buffet breakfast was delicious, i love it when i eat there.
The lift doesn't stop directly at the foot bridge. I had to use the escalator.

my room on the 6th floor was amazing because it was luxurious. the room was spacious and very clean, i liked that a lot. a giant tv with cable channels was available, i used it to watch a movie.

the hotel provided free parking for seven days, i was very happy with it. the gym had everything i needed, and was a nice bonus. i especially loved the little gym they had.
